The Differentiator
AI That Actually
Does Something.
Most small businesses hear "AI" and think it's either a gimmick or something only Fortune 500 companies can afford. Neither is true.
I build practical AI tools that slot into how you already work — answering your phones, qualifying leads, routing customer inquiries, automating follow-ups, and extracting data from documents. All without a six-figure implementation budget.
- AI voice agents that answer calls 24/7
- Automated lead qualification and routing
- Custom chatbots trained on your knowledge
- Workflow automations triggered by customer actions
- Document processing and data extraction

The Process
How It Works
We Talk
A free 30-minute call. You tell me what's broken or what you want — I ask the right questions and tell you honestly what will actually help.
I Build
I scope the project, give you a flat price, and get to work. You stay in the loop without being buried in technical details.
You Grow
We launch, I make sure everything works, and you walk away with something that actually moves the needle — not something you have to babysit.
Real Work
Case Studies
Multi-Location Dental Practice Gets Enterprise Network Without Enterprise Prices
A regional dental practice with three locations was running aging network hardware, sharing patient data over unsegmented networks, and had no remote access solution for their IT coordinator. Staff was regularly losing connection mid-appointment.
Solution
Deployed a full Ubiquiti UniFi network stack across all three locations — managed switches, access points, and security gateways — with proper VLAN segmentation separating patient-facing Wi-Fi from practice management software. Configured WireGuard VPN for secure remote access for their IT coordinator.
Outcome
Zero dropped connections in the three months since deployment. IT coordinator can now remotely diagnose and resolve most issues without an on-site visit. Staff reported the Wi-Fi "just works" for the first time in years. Total investment was less than two months of their previous managed service contract.
12-Person Machine Shop Ditches Email Chaos for Structured Team Communication
A local machine shop with 12 employees was running all internal and customer communication through a single shared email inbox plus a group text chain. Job scheduling lived in a whiteboard. No one could find anything. Two employees had quit in the same year citing "communication chaos" in exit interviews.
If you're spending more than an hour a week on something repetitive, or if your technology frustrates you more than it helps you, that's the signal. The best starting point is a free consultation — I'll tell you honestly if I can help and what it would look like.
Custom automation is writing code or building workflows that do repetitive tasks automatically — things like generating reports, syncing data between systems, sending follow-up emails, or organizing files. If your team spends time on the same tasks week after week, there's almost always a way to automate it. The ROI is typically measured in weeks, not years.
A @gmail.com or @yahoo.com address for your business makes you look like a side hustle — even if you're not. Professional email at your own domain improves deliverability (your emails are less likely to hit spam), gives you admin control over your team's accounts, and makes every touchpoint with clients more credible. It costs less than $10/month per person and I can have it set up in an afternoon.
I primarily work with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Both are excellent — the choice usually comes down to which ecosystem your team is already in. If you're already using Gmail, Workspace is the natural upgrade. If you're a Windows shop, Microsoft 365 integrates better. I'll walk you through the tradeoffs on our call.
Yes, in most cases. I'm not trying to rip and replace everything — I work with what you have and fill the gaps. I'll take a look at your current setup during our initial call and tell you what I can work around and what genuinely needs to change.
Project work is flat-rate: you get a scope, a price, and we agree before anything starts. No surprise invoices. Hosting plans are monthly and include everything listed. If a project goes over scope, I'll tell you before I bill you — overages are always discussed in advance, never a surprise on your invoice.
